Allow me to introduce you to Rukhsana, a remarkable young lady who was adopted by her mother. She completed her matriculation two years ago, and I hold her in high regard for her ambitious outlook on life. Rukhsana possesses a unique charm and exudes confidence that sets her apart. Initially aspiring to become an Air Hostess, she found herself engaged to be married. She accepted this as her fate and remained content, understanding the societal expectations. However, her life took an unexpected turn when her father passed away.
Facing the financial responsibility of supporting her family, Rukhsana took on a job, a decision that did not sit well with her in-laws. They resorted to spreading baseless rumors, leading to the humiliation of her mother. In our culture, it is still considered shameful for a daughter to financially support her family. In a moment of extraordinary courage, Rukhsana made a decision that astonished her community, for a girl rarely exhibits such strength in our culture. She declared that she would not marry a man who denied her the right to work, especially when he had already maligned her reputation before marriage. She returned the engagement ring, thus severing the relationship.
Rukhsana has now joined our center with a renewed determination to pursue her dream of becoming an Air Hostess. I assisted her in exploring job opportunities with various airlines, only to discover that her qualifications fell short. Consequently, she enrolled in our center, where she will embark on a journey of learning. Starting today, she will gain proficiency in computer skills, attend English language classes, and work toward completing her intermediate education, all of which are essential steps toward qualifying for an Air Hostess position. Rukhsana’s life is on the brink of transformation, and her courage serves as an inspiration to many others, encouraging them to be fearless in pursuing their dreams.
